Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Ensure the correct placement of goods in designated storage areas to maximize space and efficiency.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must possess a valid forklift operator license or certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shift work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
