Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve products safely.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and organized correctly.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid Driver's License and Forklift Certification required).
- Previous warehouse experience (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
