Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move materials safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with digital scanners
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete equipment pre-shift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Support warehouse loading/unloading operations for inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends when needed
