Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and speed
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production and shipping goals
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
- Valid government-issued ID for background screening
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
