Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against purchase orders with accuracy.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Identify damaged goods or discrepancies in inventory and report them immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- License: Valid Driver's License is preferred but not required for all positions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new processes.
