Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, etc.) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Handle hazardous materials and heavy loads with proper safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures strictly.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
