Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic inventory placement and retrieval
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage and hazard prevention
- Train new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work overtime shifts and weekends as needed
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
