Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized storage zones following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless material handling
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Complete daily equipment inspection logs and safety documentation
- Support shipping/receiving processes during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
