Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Ensuring the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Inspecting incoming shipments for damage and logging data into the WMS system.
- Collaborating with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification during training.
