Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Accurately process shipping and receiving documentation and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification.
- 1+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling procedures.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking software.
