Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious individual to operate forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure the smooth flow of inventory. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring our clients receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Sort, organize, and stack merchandise in designated storage areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and logs.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation.
