Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, and Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure all safety mechanisms are functioning correctly and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize inventory, verify stock levels, and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including packaging and staging shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery (1 year preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for immediate consideration.
