Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise according to shipping and receiving schedules.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on all equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (must be able to provide documentation).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and counting tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
