Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and updating stock levels in the system.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for safety hazards and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
