Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on equipment and report any issues.
- Manage inventory records and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous forklift experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
