Your Mission
As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time, directly contributing to our customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve Items: Locate and pick products from shelves according to customer orders.
- Pack & Label: Safely pack items into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and securing for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects before packing and shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking and packing items.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, scan barcodes, and perform basic arithmetic.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
