Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trailers efficiently using proper safety protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in scanning and data entry.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record is required.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team leads.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
