Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments accurately, ensuring cargo security and safety.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience in Washington or similar industries is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
