Responsibilities
- Operate industrial forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments while adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for material handling.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
