Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and speed.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on all equipment.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and safety during night operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management processes.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent physical stamina.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
