Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, trucks, and loading docks.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CP, CL, or RF) or ability to obtain certification within 30 days.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and walking on various surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
