Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Perform routine safety inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment before each shift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated zones.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and production targets.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a high-volume warehouse setting.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
