Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trailers, containers, and pallets with precision and speed.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure mechanical safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Accurately count, scan, and inventory stock using handheld scanners.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff regarding inventory status and logistics needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or Clamp) is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) as scheduled.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
