Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse facilities
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members on loading/unloading and shipping operations
- Document all material movements and inventory adjustments
- Participate in continuous safety training and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification program
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid California driver's license preferred
