Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack products with 99% accuracy to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Uphold strict safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate in fast-paced team environment during peak seasons
- Utilize handheld scanners for real-time inventory tracking
- Support quality control initiatives for damaged/returned items
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (coolers/freezers optional)
