Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Maintain accurate digital inventory logs via remote-accessible inventory software
- Collaborate with dispatch teams through virtual communication tools
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams via remote meetings for operational planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory software (training provided)
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation to Dallas facility (2-3 days/week on-site)
