Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while meeting productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and operational efficiency
- Process returns and damaged goods according to Amazon's quality standards
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems for order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
