Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records within the controlled cold environment.
- Temperature Compliance: Monitor and log temperature readings regularly to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris and organizing storage racks.
- Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all OSHA safety protocols, safety procedures, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage facility is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in extreme cold conditions (below 40°F).
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
