Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper maintenance.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing stock counts and organizing stock rooms.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including packaging and labeling, as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFOM) or valid forklift license required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
