Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and distribute materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect equipment for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory management protocols
- Prepare and process shipping documentation with zero errors
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following 5S standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
