Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately using provided packing lists.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for quality and defects.
- Label, box, and seal packages according to company standards and shipping regulations.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and communication equipment to track inventory.
- Ensure the packing station remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and workplace regulations to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and verifying items.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and work in various environments for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus.
