Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for cold chain products
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Update inventory systems in real-time using WMS software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to work in cold storage environments (4°C)
