Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO inventory rotation
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily dispatch deadlines
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
