Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices with 99% accuracy.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect merchandise for quality control and report any discrepancies to the team lead.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping quotas and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during busy shift changes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis facility.
