Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to customer orders.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, packaged, and secured for safe transit.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory and verify order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
