Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and computer systems to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Package items securely in appropriate boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for shipment.
- Verify item descriptions and quantities against purchase orders before packing.
- Operate and maintain handheld scanning devices and basic warehouse equipment (tuggers, pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and workflow targets.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to minimize returns and errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required).
