Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Sort and organize inventory according to established labeling and storage protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
