Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify item quantities and ensure packaging is secure, labeled, and compliant with shipping standards.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damage and ensure proper storage placement in designated zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
