Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders according to pick lists and packing slips.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors and damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Organize and maintain warehouse aisles, ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trailers, trucks, and shipping containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail picking and packing role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
