Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Inspect merchandise for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Verify order accuracy against picking slips and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload outbound trucks in accordance with safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
