Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper equipment.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
