Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort customer orders with accuracy and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate in teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to quality control standards and safety regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and processing returns
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
