Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure all labeling and paperwork is correct before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to optimize workflow and solve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time consistently.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
