Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock and materials within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure a safe and organized workspace by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping/receiving areas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (CDL Class A/B is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with RF scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
