Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain organized storage areas and 5S compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Conduct quality inspections on products and packaging
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
