Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment by organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic reading and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we train the right candidates.
