Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (CLIA certification preferred).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report accordingly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and solve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse software is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
