Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with zero-error precision
- Maintain organized warehouse layout through efficient stacking and labeling
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to 1234 Industrial Park Drive
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
