Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
