Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
